Heavy rain warning in the coming days

Due to the influence of storm No. 3, from tonight (July 21) to July 23, localities in Lao Cai province will have moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms.

Rainfall is generally 80 - 130 mm, in some places over 200 mm; in thunderstorms there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind. From the night of July 23 to July 25, localities will still have rain but less in quantity, generally 70 - 120 mm, in some places over 170 mm.
