Closely monitor warning bulletins, natural disaster forecasts, and weather to promptly and regularly notify and guide authorities at all levels and people to proactively prevent and minimize damage caused by thunderstorms, tornadoes, lightning, hail, flash floods, and landslides that may occur in the coming days.

Deploy shock forces to inspect and review residential areas along rivers, streams, and low-lying areas at high risk of flooding, flash floods, and landslides to proactively organize the evacuation of people when situations arise.

Organize inspection and review of areas at risk of flooding, flash floods, and landslides to proactively clear water flows and ensure people's safety when situations arise.

Direct specialized agencies to coordinate with Radio and Television stations of districts, cities, and grassroots radio systems to strengthen information work, disseminate instructions to people on how to recognize and respond to thunderstorms, tornadoes, lightning, hail, flash floods, and landslides to minimize damage. At the same time, organize on-duty, monitor, grasp all situations of natural disasters and damage in the area and compile reports according to regulations.
