Pursuant to Resolution No. 194/2025/QH15 dated May 5, 2025 of the National Assembly on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution; Plan No. 2438/KH-BQP of the Ministry of National Defense dated May 7, 2025, recently, the Vietnam Coast Guard has led, directed, and guided agencies and units in the entire force to organize a conference to collect opinions on the draft Resolution amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution (draft Resolution).
The conferences focused on giving opinions on the contents of amendments and supplements to Articles 9, 10, Clause 1, Article 84, Article 110, Clause 2, Article 111, Clause 2, Article 112, Clause 1, Article 114 and Clause 2, Article 115 of the 2013 Constitution, on the basis of closely following the scope of amendments and supplements according to the Party's policies and orientations at the 11th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee.
During the period of collecting opinions on the draft Resolution, the Coast Guard Political Department also guided agencies and units to strengthen information, propaganda, ideological orientation and public opinion; resolutely fight against arguments that sabotage and distort the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; ensure high consensus and unity, creating a widespread political movement throughout the force.
