Accordingly, on July 24, 2025, immediately after receiving information requesting support for transporting the donor's heart from Viet Duc Friendship Hospital, the Traffic Police Department Command quickly directed and arranged forces on the route, ensuring the journey to transport organs from Viet Duc Friendship Hospital to Noi Bai airport to Ho Chi Minh City safely, smoothly and on time as planned for transplantation to an 11-year-old girl in critical condition due to dilated cardiomyopathy with acute heart failure complications.
“Thanks to the strong, professional and humane support of the Hanoi Traffic Police, that heart promptly beat in the child’s chest, lighting up hope for life not only for a family, but also spreading the spirit of humanity to the community,” the letter said.
