Put the National Data Center No. 1 project into the list of important projects related to national security.

Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh signed Decision No. 2224/QD-TTg on including the National Data Center No. 1 project in the List of important projects related to national security.

Decision No. 2224/QD-TTg clearly states that the National Data Center No. 1 project (address: Lot RD11.1, Research and Development Area, Hoa Lac High-Tech Park, Hoa Lac Commune, Hanoi City) is included in the List of important projects related to national security.

The Ministry of Public Security is responsible for presiding over and coordinating with relevant ministries, branches and the Hanoi People's Committee to develop protection programs and plans, propose and implement protection measures, organize prevention and combat against acts of violating the security and safety of the works; deploy forces and means to meet the requirements of ensuring security and safety for the works during the management and exploitation process; estimate costs, and set up additional markers (if necessary) within the scope of the protection corridor.

The Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of National Defense , and the Hanoi People's Committee coordinate with relevant ministries and branches to grant licenses and manage the activities of organizations and individuals within the scope of protecting important works related to national security.

Decision No. 2224/QD-TTg takes effect from October 8, 2025.
