Specifically, the Police Department for Administrative Management of Social Order will establish 3 working groups to receive applications, including outside of regular working hours and on weekends; the commune/ward police (with ID card receiving machines) will establish working groups to receive applications according to a fixed or mobile schedule, including outside of regular working hours, evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays; the application process will be prioritized in a specific order, starting with former Party and State leaders and those who have received Party badges, followed by full Party members.
The police in wards and communes that have ID card receiving machines will assist other units.
Currently, 16 commune/ward police stations have ID card receiving machines, namely: An Xuyen, Bac Lieu, Gia Rai, Dam Doi, Cai Nuoc, Nguyen Phich, Nam Can, Cai Doi Vam, Thoi Binh, Tran Van Thoi, Hoa Binh, Ganh Hao, Hong Dan, Phuoc Long and Vinh Loi.
Each commune-level police unit equipped with ID card receiving machines will support 2-3 neighboring commune-level police units. Specifically, Dam Doi commune police will support 6 communes: Tan Thuan, Tan Tien, Ta An Khuong, Tran Phan, Thanh Tung, and Quach Pham; Ganh Hao commune police will support 4 communes: Dinh Thanh, An Trach, Long Dien, and Dong Hai; and Thoi Binh commune police will support 4 communes: Tri Phai, Tan Loc, Ho Thi Ky, and Bien Bach.
