The peak period for collecting information and renewing Party membership cards will last until the end of August 2025.

From now until August 31, 2025, the Ca Mau Provincial Police Department is launching a campaign to collect information and replace Party membership cards using the National Database on Population, with electronic identification and authentication.

• Urgently review and train human resources to meet the requirements of scientific and technological breakthroughs.

Reportedly, after the merger, the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee has 82,442 party members, operating in 68 Party organizations under the Provincial Party Committee. According to Colonel Tran Van Thi, Deputy Director of the Ca Mau Provincial Police, this activity aims to promote the management of party members on a digital platform and standardize party member information with the National Database on Population. This is also a concrete step in the synchronized implementation of the tasks of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW on breakthroughs in the development of science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation.

The peak period for collecting information and renewing Party membership cards on the National Database of Population, with electronic identification and authentication in Ca Mau province, will last until the end of August 2025.

The process of collecting information and replacing party membership cards applies to all official party members in Ca Mau province, lasting from now until August 31, 2025, and will be maintained regularly after the peak period.

Specifically, the Police Department for Administrative Management of Social Order will establish 3 working groups to receive applications, including outside of regular working hours and on weekends; the commune/ward police (with ID card receiving machines) will establish working groups to receive applications according to a fixed or mobile schedule, including outside of regular working hours, evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays; the application process will be prioritized in a specific order, starting with former Party and State leaders and those who have received Party badges, followed by full Party members.

The police in wards and communes that have ID card receiving machines will assist other units.

Currently, 16 commune/ward police stations have ID card receiving machines, namely: An Xuyen, Bac Lieu, Gia Rai, Dam Doi, Cai Nuoc, Nguyen Phich, Nam Can, Cai Doi Vam, Thoi Binh, Tran Van Thoi, Hoa Binh, Ganh Hao, Hong Dan, Phuoc Long and Vinh Loi.

Each commune-level police unit equipped with ID card receiving machines will support 2-3 neighboring commune-level police units. Specifically, Dam Doi commune police will support 6 communes: Tan Thuan, Tan Tien, Ta An Khuong, Tran Phan, Thanh Tung, and Quach Pham; Ganh Hao commune police will support 4 communes: Dinh Thanh, An Trach, Long Dien, and Dong Hai; and Thoi Binh commune police will support 4 communes: Tri Phai, Tan Loc, Ho Thi Ky, and Bien Bach.
