Following Casemiro, Tyrell Malacia will also leave Old Trafford when the 2025/26 season concludes.

Malacia parted ways with MU after an unsuccessful spell at the club.

During Casemiro's farewell ceremony, coach Michael Carrick urged fans to show their support for Malacia, as the Dutch defender will also be leaving this summer.

"Don't forget we still have Tyrell. He's been through a very difficult time because of injury. I hope everyone will continue to show him affection," the English manager added.

Malacia was brought to Manchester United from Feyenoord by manager Erik ten Hag in the summer of 2022. However, he failed to prove himself due to recurring injuries. Malacia even spent almost an entire season sidelined, causing fans to sometimes forget that he was a Manchester United player.

Despite being loaned to PSV last year, Malacia failed to rediscover his form and was sent back to Old Trafford, where he has remained a surplus player to this day.

Besides Malacia, Man Utd are also preparing to part ways with Rasmus Hojlund. The Danish striker is almost certain to join Napoli, as Napoli will activate his buyout clause once they qualify for the Champions League.

Joshua Zirkzee is also close to leaving Manchester United, as he is no longer in the Red Devils' plans. The Dutch striker's sluggish performances recently have left fans disappointed.
