In the 2020-2025 term, the Party Cell and the Barracks Department Party Cell have done a good job of advising the Party Committee of the General Department of Logistics and Engineering to issue regulations on leadership of investment and construction work; regulations on management of investment and construction works, procedures for appraisal and approval of construction documents in the General Department of Logistics and Engineering to ensure timeliness and closeness to the unit's reality.

The Congress voted to express high consensus on the draft documents of the Congress and elected the Party Cell Executive Committee, elected the Party Cell Secretary and Deputy Secretary; and elected delegates to the Congress of the Party Committee of the Logistics and Technical Department for the 2025-2030 term.

Along with that, good leadership in directing and guiding agencies and units to ensure adequate and timely barracks, tools, living utensils, electricity and water, and military standards; well implement the processes and procedures on basic construction investment in accordance with legal regulations; improve the quality of project appraisal, design and estimates; ensure construction works on schedule, quality, and construction safety.

The Head of the General Department of Logistics and Engineering, the Head of the Department of Logistics and Engineering presented flowers to congratulate the Executive Committee of the Barracks Department Party Cell for the 2025-2030 term and delegates attending the Congress of the Department of Logistics and Engineering Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Speaking at the congress, Major General Nguyen Trong Thien acknowledged and commended the results and achievements of the Barracks Department Party Cell in the 2020-2025 term; at the same time, he requested: In the 2025-2030 term, the Barracks Department Party Cell and Party Cell will focus on leading theeducation work well and strictly implementing directives, resolutions, circulars, and instructions, especially new documents on barracks work; actively and proactively advise and propose to the Head of the General Department and the commander of the Logistics and Engineering Department on the contents and measures to implement barracks work to ensure strictness and compliance with the law.

Promote the role of each Party Committee member and department commander in training and improving professional skills, training in working methods and styles, ensuring discipline and uniformity for cadres and employees. Each cadre and Party member promotes the vanguard and exemplary spirit in performing tasks; actively studies and grasps directives, resolutions, circulars, instructions and proactively advises the Party Committee and department commander on the content of assigned tasks.
