The Tax Department of Region XIII has just held a conference to disseminate new tax policies and dialogue with taxpayers, phase 1 of 2025.

The Tax Department of Region XIII has just organized a conference to disseminate new tax policies and dialogue with taxpayers, the first phase of 2025. The conference was held online at 4 points in the provinces under the management of the Tax Department of Region XIII, including: Khanh Hoa (headquarters), Binh Dinh, Phu Yen , Lam Dong, with nearly 3,000 taxpayers, representatives of enterprises and business organizations participating.

At the conference, representatives of the Tax Department of Region XIII guided taxpayers on points to note in the finalization of corporate income tax and personal income tax for the 2024 tax settlement period; and introduced new tax policies that will take effect in 2025.

In the dialogue section, the Tax Department received and directly answered many tax-related questions from businesses such as: Tax code registration; personal income tax settlement; determining corporate income tax incentives; value added tax rates; interest expenses when calculating corporate income tax; subjects subject to natural resource tax; environmental protection fees; related-party transactions... For questions from taxpayers sent to the conference that have not been answered, the tax authority will post the answers on the website of the Tax Department of Region XIII.
