Commander of Da Nang City Military Command visits and presents gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers

DNO - On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025), on the afternoon of July 21, Colonel Tran Huu Ich, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Commander of the Da Nang City Military Command visited and presented gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers in Xuan Phu commune.

At Moc Bai village and Phu Binh village (Xuan Phu commune), Colonel Tran Huu Ich, Commander of the City Military Command, visited and presented gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mother Tran Thi Van (whose 2 children are martyrs) and Vietnamese Heroic Mother Doan Thi Tien (whose husband and 3 children are martyrs).

Colonel Tran Huu Ich kindly inquired about the health and expressed his deep gratitude for the great sacrifices of the mothers and families of martyrs in the cause of national liberation and reunification. At the same time, he requested the local Party Committee, authorities, organizations and families to continue to care for the material and spiritual lives of the mothers so that they can live happily, healthily and enjoy their old age with their children and grandchildren.

On this occasion, Colonel Tran Huu Ich presented gifts from the City Party Committee, the People's Committee of Da Nang City and personal gifts to mother Tran Thi Van and mother Doan Thi Tien; the Defense Command of Zone 4 - Ban Thach, and leaders of Xuan Phu commune also presented meaningful gifts to the two mothers.
