Provincial Social Policy Bank Branch signed a loan trust agreement for poor households and policy beneficiaries.

On July 9, Lao Cai Provincial Branch of the Bank for Social Policies held a conference to deploy the agreement and sign a joint document on the implementation of entrusted lending to poor households and policy beneficiaries and deploy tasks for the remaining months of 2025.

At the Conference, the Provincial Social Policy Bank Branch deployed the agreement and signed a document of entrustment to 4 provincial socio -political organizations including the Women's Union, Farmers' Association, Veterans' Association, Provincial Youth Union and commune-level socio-political organizations to carry out a number of tasks in the lending process for poor households and other policy beneficiaries.

Provincial socio-political organizations are responsible for guiding, inspecting and supervising commune-level political organizations and associations in managing and using entrusted fee sources according to regulations; coordinating and effectively integrating social policy credit with local socio -economic development programs and projects.

In the last months of the year, Lao Cai Provincial Branch of the Bank for Social Policies will focus on mobilizing deposits from organizations and individuals in the area to promptly meet the capital needs for disbursement of policy credit programs, ensuring liquidity of the entire system; promptly disburse according to the credit growth plan for 2025; promptly support the implementation of national target programs; focus on managing and monitoring debt collection, implementing solutions to improve credit quality, manage and handle risky debts.
