Lieutenant Colonel Le The Lam, Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff of PTKV 2 - Phu Loi Command, said: “This year's additional training session was organized in the context that local military agencies have just completed the arrangement and consolidation according to the new model. Although the content volume is large and the training time is concentrated, thanks to careful preparation from facilities, training grounds, lesson plans, teaching models to the team of instructors, the units have implemented it methodically and seriously. The spirit, awareness of learning and receptiveness of the regular militia force have many positive changes; basic skills and movements are increasingly proficient, and training ground discipline is maintained.”

Participating in training for the first time, soldier Nguyen Van Viet, a permanent militiaman of Bac Tan Uyen commune, shared: “The training content is very basic, helping us master the movements, practice discipline and the style of a militia soldier. At first, I was a bit confused, but thanks to the enthusiastic guidance of the staff, my teammates and I gradually got used to the training intensity, became more confident, and matured every day.”

With the goal of comprehensive training in politics , law, technique, and tactics, meeting the requirements of local defense and military tasks in the new period, the PTKV 2 - Phu Loi Command Board determined a suitable training program and time; selected experienced officers with good teaching methods to participate in training, creating interest in learning for soldiers.

According to the assessment of the PTKV 2 - Phu Loi Command Board, although there are still 3 days left to finish the training session, 100% of the political and legal training content and 70% of the technical and tactical content have been implemented according to plan, ensuring absolute quality and safety. Trainees know how to apply and handle situations quite skillfully, reflecting the right quality, meeting the requirements.
