In the 2025-2030 term, the Women's Union of the Provincial Military Command will continue to promote tradition, enhance political mettle, improve professional qualifications, be ready to receive and successfully complete assigned tasks, and build women of the Military Command to meet the criteria of "Mettle, intelligence, discipline, and humanity", worthy of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the new era.

The Congress has set out 2 breakthroughs, 5 main targets and solutions to implement key tasks. In particular, the Association focuses on building a team of cadres and members who develop comprehensively, complete tasks well, and meet the requirements of the new era; continue to support cadres and members in developing family economy, building "prosperous, progressive, happy, civilized" families; build and consolidate a strong Association organization, actively participate in foreign affairs activities, promote gender equality, etc.
