With the theme "80 days and nights of exemplary action", Colonel Huynh Van Khoi, Political Commissar of the An Giang Provincial Military Command, on behalf of the Party Committee, the Provincial Military Command and the Emulation and Reward Council of the Provincial Armed Forces, launched a campaign to each collective and individual in the Provincial Military Command to compete in implementing the following contents: Focus on propagating and educating historical and cultural traditions, the great contributions of the army and people of Military Region 9 throughout the 80-year journey of building, fighting and growing; promote information and propaganda activities, spread the noble image of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the new period; focus on competing to complete the 2025 training plan and program, 100% meeting requirements, 75% or more achieving good and excellent results.

Actively coordinate closely with local Party committees, authorities and organizations in the area to organize cultural and artistic exchanges, sports competitions; organize training to participate in the 20th Mass Art Performance of the Military Region's Armed Forces with good results; activities to celebrate the 81st anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army and the 36th anniversary of the National Defense Day; effectively implement the Army's rear policy, support the construction of gratitude houses; visit, give gifts, examine and treat policy beneficiaries. Regiment-level units and equivalent or higher strive to build 1 to 2 meaningful works to celebrate the anniversary of the Military Region's Armed Forces' Traditional Day.
