*Women's Union of Phung Cong commune

During the past term, the Executive Committee of the Commune Women's Union has united and creatively applied the Party and State's policies and guidelines to the actual work of mobilizing women. Activities to support women in economic development and building happy families have been carried out more and more deeply and practically. The organization of the Union has been consolidated and developed, the number of members has increased in both quantity and quality, and the capacity and qualifications of union officials have been improved. Up to now, the Union has received loans from many sources with a total outstanding debt of over 4.8 billion VND for nearly 700 members to borrow capital to develop production; maintained 6 flower and ornamental plant growing cooperatives to create jobs for hundreds of local workers; over 9.5 thousand members have done a good job of classifying and treating waste at source; there are no more women members from poor households. The Union has sponsored and connected to sponsor 22 orphans in especially difficult circumstances with a total amount of 500 thousand VND/child/month.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Women's Union of Phung Cong commune is determined to carry out two breakthroughs: Comprehensive digital transformation in the organization of the union; accompanying women to improve digital capacity. At the same time, strive to recruit at least 50 members every year; help at least 10 women members escape near-poverty; support capacity building for women who are business owners, cooperative managers, and business owners; 100% of cadres and members are informed about the Party's foreign policy and the Union's international cooperation policy...

During the past term, with practical activities, the cadres and women's union members of Nguyen Trai commune have affirmed their role and position in contributing to the successful implementation of local political tasks, socio-economic development, new rural construction; affirming good qualities and important roles in family and society. The union has completed 7/7 targets set out in the resolution; the branches organized 29 training courses, competitions, performances, and seminars attracting over 2,000 members to participate; 916 member households received loans for economic development with outstanding loans of nearly 75 billion VND. The union coordinated to sponsor 35 orphans; 85 members helped 175 members in difficulty. Participating in anti-waste activities to protect the environment, the association has established 5 green - clean - beautiful branch models, 15 3-clean hamlet models, 5 women's clubs to limit plastic bags and fight plastic waste, and 1,510 households to classify and treat organic waste at home.

In the new term, the Commune Women's Union strives to build a team of courageous, dedicated and creative union officials; promote the role of women in building a clean and strong political system; mobilize the participation of the whole society for the comprehensive development of women, gender equality and prosperity of the country.

In the period of 2021-2025, the Women's Union of Luong Bang commune has promoted its role as a representative in caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of women of all classes. Up to now, 100% of women in difficult circumstances have been supported in many forms. In particular, the Union has entrusted the Social Policy Bank to lend over 68 billion VND to 875 members, supporting the livelihoods of 45 disadvantaged women's households... Emulation movements and campaigns have been widely deployed, attracting a large number of members and women to participate.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Women's Union of Luong Bang commune aims to build an effective organization that can adapt flexibly to the new context; a team of union officials who are brave, dedicated, creative, and innovative; and promote the role of women in building a clean and strong Party and political system. Every year, help at least 5-10 households with women escape poverty or multidimensional near-poverty; support at least 1 business household with women as owners to register to convert into an enterprise; by 2030, 100% of officials, members, and women aged 18 and over will be equipped with basic digital skills...

During the past term, the Commune Women's Union actively promoted and mobilized members to effectively implement the emulation movement "Building Vietnamese women of the new era" and the campaign "Building families of 5 no's and 3 clean's". The Commune Women's Union connected with philanthropists to sponsor 20 orphans; secured loans with banks for more than 500 members to borrow preferential loans for economic development with a total outstanding debt of over 48 billion VND...

In the 2025-2030 term, the Women's Union of Tien Hoa commune focuses on building a strong organization; propagating and mobilizing cadres and members to effectively implement emulation movements and activities of the union; strengthening digital transformation in union activities and accompanying women to improve digital capacity; promoting the spirit of entrepreneurship, innovation, creativity, and legitimate enrichment of members.

* Women's Union of Than Khe commune

During the past term, the Women's Union of Than Khe commune has carried out many practical activities, effectively supporting its members and women. The Union has done a good job of credit guarantee with banks, creating conditions for 388 member households to borrow capital. with a total amount of over 26 billion VND; supplying nearly 30 tons of fertilizer each year NPK supports members to invest in agricultural production. In addition, the Association has introduced stable jobs for 120 female workers at garment establishments ; organized vocational training for 350 women and people with disabilities ; established 2 cooperatives to create jobs for 40 members. The Association has helped 36 households headed by women escape poverty ; mobilized donations of over 100 million VND to support 123 members in difficult circumstances. difficulties; encourage the spirit of mutual assistance by providing interest-free loans, helping each other with materials, seeds, and fertilizers with a total value of about 125 million VND; support for 5 orphans, at the rate of 1,200,000 VND/child/year. Every year , 18/21 branches completed their tasks excellently.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Commune Women's Union continues to promote Building a strong and effective association , striving to help 10 women's households escape poverty and multidimensional near-poverty ; building a cooperative model for livelihood development applying science and technology ; supporting 20 households to meet the criteria of " Family of 5 haves, 3 cleans" ; registering and implementing 1 project/part of work related to family building, improving cultural life, protecting the environment ...

* Women's Union of Dong Tien Hung commune

During the past term, the Women's Union of Dong Tien Hung commune has secured credit with banks. Provided loans to thousands of members with a total outstanding debt of over 32 billion VND for economic development investment; supported the construction of a charity house for women in need of housing ; visited and gave gifts to poor women and children in especially difficult circumstances with a total value of 200 million VND. Programme “Godmother” has supported 3 orphans in difficult circumstances; helped 30 poor and near-poor households headed by women escape poverty and near-poverty, contributing to reducing the poverty rate of the commune to 1.24%. Cadres and women's union members in the whole commune have many active activities joining hands to build new rural areas in the locality, notably the model of women-managed roads, building "5 no, 3 clean" families, "clean houses, beautiful alleys"... In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Women's Union of Dong Tien Hung commune focuses on effectively implementing the emulation movement "Building Vietnamese women of the new era" and the campaign "Building a family of 5 yes, 3 clean"; striving Help 10 households with women escape poverty and near-poverty; by 2030, 100% of association organizations will change their management methods and organize activities in the digital environment...

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Women's Union of Tien Hung commune set out 6 groups of targets, 2 breakthroughs, and 5 key tasks. In which, the 2 breakthroughs are comprehensive digital transformation in the Union organization , accompanying women to improve digital capacity and Promote women to start businesses, innovate, and get rich legitimately .

*Women's Union of Ngoc Lam commune

During the past term, the activities of the Women's Union of Ngoc Lam commune achieved and exceeded 100% of the set targets. Many women's models have been implemented effectively, such as: "Godmother", "Waste classification and treatment", "Attracting elderly women to participate in union activities". The Women's Union of the commune has coordinated to organize 56 training courses on transferring science and technology to 3,751 women members; officials and members donated and gave gifts to 215 poor women and women in difficult circumstances; presented 2,750 kg of rice to 125 members. The whole commune has 280 women's union member families donating land and assets on land to build roads. The union admitted 155 members, bringing the total number of members to 3,370. The rate of women members participating in regular activities reached over 85%...

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Women's Union of Ngoc Lam commune strives to help at least 5 households with women escape poverty or near-poverty each year; annually support at least 20 households to meet the criteria of "5 yes, 3 clean". The Union focuses on comprehensive digital transformation, aiming to have 100% of cadres, members, and women trained in basic digital skills, helping women adapt flexibly in the technology age.

At the Congresses, decisions were announced to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, President and Vice President of the Women's Union of communes for the 2025-2030 term; and decisions to allocate delegates to attend the congresses at higher levels were announced.
