During the past term, the Association of War Veterans in Nhu Quynh commune has focused on propagating and mobilizing members to raise awareness of self-reliance and self-improvement, helping each other develop the economy , improve their lives, and contribute to the successful implementation of local socio-economic goals. Every year, the Association has 96.2% of war veterans meeting the exemplary war veteran standards; 95.4% of war veteran families achieving the title of "Cultural Family"; 32/32 association bases achieving in clean and strong , in which 6 branches have excellently completed their tasks. The Association has 87 small and medium enterprises of war veterans; 1 cooperative owned by war veterans; 2 war veterans clubs and veteran producer, good businessman

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Association of War Veterans of Nhu Quynh commune continues to promote the tradition of "Uncle Ho's soldiers" and actively participate in emulation movements and campaigns in various fields, contributing to the development of the locality. The Association strives to gather 80 - 85% of veterans to participate in activities at clubs and traditional liaison committees at the village, street and residential area levels; over 95% of the association's grassroots units are clean and strong, of which over 30% have excellently completed their tasks; over 96% of members have achieved the title of "Exemplary War Veteran".

During the past term, promoting the qualities of "Uncle Ho's soldiers", cadres and members of the Association of War Veterans of Viet Yen commune united, made efforts, and comprehensively completed the set targets. The Association actively participated in building and protecting the Party and the government, contributing to maintaining political security, social order and safety; promoted emulation movements of "Exemplary War Veterans", "Skilled in Mass Mobilization"... The whole commune has 25 war veterans participating in the force to ensure security and order at the grassroots level; 22 farm economic models of members have an annual income of 200 million VND or more; 29 members were recognized as good producers and traders at all levels; there are no more members from poor households...

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Association of War Veterans of Viet Yen commune strives to develop 200 - 300 new members; 25/25 branches achieve clean and strong status; 96% of members achieve the title of "Exemplary member", 95% of members' families achieve "Cultural family"; maintain and expand the models of "Skilled mass mobilization", "Self-managed security", "Environmental sanitation club"...

During the past term, through many practical activities, the Association of War Veterans of Chau Ninh commune actively participated in building and protecting the Party, the government, the people and the great national unity bloc; participated in socio-economic development, and strengthened national defense and security. The Association mobilized members to donate ^257m2 land, contributed 450 working days, and supported 125 million VND to build roads and welfare works. The Association maintains 21 self-managed war veteran groups to prevent and combat crime and social evils; 21 traffic safety groups. The Commune War Veterans Association has secured loans from credit institutions for over 100 member households totaling more than 3 billion VND to develop the economy. The entire Association currently has 75.6% of its members being rich, with no member families being poor.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Commune Veterans Association continues to promote the qualities of "Uncle Ho's soldiers", actively participate in building and protecting the Party, the government, and the people; participate in educating the young generation on patriotism and revolutionary traditions; help each other develop the economy and improve their lives. The Association strives to have over 96% of association organizations, over 85% of cadres and members fulfill their tasks well or better every year, over 70% of war veteran households have a good and wealthy standard of living, and there are no poor war veteran households.

* Veterans Association of Trieu Viet Vuong commune

During the past term, the Association of War Veterans in Trieu Viet Vuong commune has excellently completed its tasks, contributing to the successful implementation of the local socio-economic development goals. The Association has received a mandate from the Social Policy Bank to lend 145 member households more than 8 billion VND for economic development. The rate of poor and near-poor war veteran households has decreased to 0.08%, the number of well-off and rich war veteran households accounts for 70%. The Association has mobilized war veteran households in the commune to donate thousands of square meters of land and thousands of working days to build roads and welfare works; effectively maintaining self-managed war veteran works.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Association of War Veterans of Trieu Viet Vuong commune strives to have over 95% of association organizations and 100% of members successfully and excellently complete their tasks every year; do a good job of charity work, actively participate in humanitarian and charitable activities; strive for 100% of branches to have the model of "Skilled Mass Mobilization", "Self-Managed Security", environmental sanitation club...

During the past term, the Association of War Veterans in Vu Phuc Ward has always promoted the tradition of "Uncle Ho's soldiers", united, set an example, and completed all assigned tasks. The Association has closely coordinated with departments, branches, and organizations to organize many scientific and technical training courses, helping members develop the economy and sustainably reduce poverty. 98% of the Association's members participated in building the "Comradely Love" fund with a total amount of nearly 400 million VND, contributing to supporting house building, giving savings books, visiting and encouraging members in difficult circumstances. The Association also entrusted the Provincial Social Policy Bank with nearly 10 billion VND for 217 households to borrow capital to develop production, with no overdue debt. Thanks to that, 3 member households escaped poverty, the rate of poor households among war veterans decreased to 0.2%.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Association of War Veterans in Vu Phuc ward strives for 100% of its branches to be clean and strong, reducing the number of poor and near-poor war veteran households by 1/3; 100% of its members to study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle, continuing to promote the pioneering and exemplary role in local patriotic emulation movements.

At the Congresses, decisions were announced to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Inspection Committee of the War Veterans Association of communes and wards for the 2025-2030 term; and to appoint delegates to attend the congresses at higher levels.
