An Giang: Prosecuted 2 subjects for illegally buying and selling invoices and documents

On October 17, the Investigation Police Agency of An Giang Province Police announced that it had issued a decision to prosecute and ban Dang Cuu Qui, born in 1973, residing in My Thoi Ward (An Giang Province) and Le Van Cam (born in 1989, residing in Tan Luoc Commune, Vinh Long Province) for illegally printing, issuing, and trading invoices and documents for payment to the State budget.

Initial investigation results determined: From September 9, 2020 to December 28, 2021, Dang Cuu Qui, owner of Tuyet Vy packaging facility, purchased 41 fake value-added tax invoices, with a total fake payment amount of more than VND 486 million from Ngoc Bich Long Xuyen Company Limited, issued to Gavi Joint Stock Company, address Tan Trung commune, Phu Tan district, An Giang province (now Phu Tan commune, An Giang province).

At the same time, during this time, Le Van Cam, general accountant of Gavi Joint Stock Company, agreed to let the cashier buy 16 invoices from Ngoc Bich Long Xuyen LLC and Bich Tram AG Trading and Service LLC, to issue to Gavi Joint Stock Company, with a total false payment amount of over 175 million VND.

Currently, the Investigation Police Agency of An Giang Provincial Police continues to investigate, clarify, and handle the case in accordance with the law.
