People of Lam Hop commune listen to officers of the Ky Anh branch of the Land Registration Office instructing on procedures.

In 2019, Lam Hop commune was merged from Ky Lam commune and Ky Hop commune, so the address of the land user on the land use right certificate of the people has changed and fluctuated. In addition, the rearrangement of the commune-level administrative unit has changed information on the land plot address, permanent address, and changed information on the land plot number; the number of map sheets directly affects the rights of the people when carrying out transactions such as: mortgaging the bank to borrow capital, transferring, donating... of the land user.

In order to register changes in address, plot change, and map sheet number, the Ky Anh branch of the Land Registration Office directly went to the locality to support the people.
