On July 18, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Phong inspected and grasped the situation of organization, operation, and service quality of the People's Committee and the Public Administration Service Center (PVHCC) at the commune level after operating the 2-level local government model in the communes of Ba Long, Ta Rut, and La Lay.

Directly inspecting the operation situation at the Public Service Centers of Ba Long, Ta Rut and La Lay communes, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Phong grasped the living and working situation of people coming to perform administrative procedures at the centers. At the same time, he requested the commune authorities to focus on implementing many solutions to improve the quality and efficiency of the PVHCC Centers. Continue to focus on reviewing and synthesizing difficulties and problems in the operation process, proactively overcome and resolve them, if beyond the authority, report to the departments and branches for joint resolution.
