The provincial police are assigned to preside over and closely coordinate with press agencies and local authorities to strengthen propaganda and dissemination of knowledge and skills on fire prevention and escape for the people. In particular, focusing on high-risk areas such as boarding houses, apartments, commercial centers, production facilities, residential and business houses, dormitories, etc.

Propaganda activities are combined with practical experiences, instructions on fire fighting and rescue practices so that people can proactively respond when incidents occur.

At the same time, the authorities have stepped up inspection and supervision in residential areas and facilities at high risk of fire and explosion. Violations will be strictly handled according to regulations. In particular, facilities that do not meet fire safety requirements will not be allowed to operate during the holidays.

People's Committees of districts, towns and cities are required to proactively review, classify and promptly handle areas where people illegally use temporary houses, camps, and clearance areas as residences, and areas with high risk of fire and explosion .

The Provincial People's Committee emphasized that it will strictly handle the responsibilities of the heads of Party committees and authorities if serious fires and explosions occur due to negligence or laxity in direction, inspection and supervision.

The authorities will maintain a 24/7 duty regime, ensuring readiness to handle any fire or explosion situations that may arise, and absolutely protect the safety of people's lives and property before, during and after the holiday./.
