After the merger, the organization of the political and administrative apparatus in Duc Co commune was given top priority. The Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Commune Party Committee synchronously deployed key tasks. In the third quarter of 2025, a series of agencies, units and organizations in the commune political system were established, ensuring the principles and regulations of the Central and Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee.

Specifically, the Party bloc was strengthened with 19 cadres, civil servants and public employees (out of a total of 20 positions), including the Standing Party Committee, the Party Committee Office, the Party Building Committee, the Inspection Committee and the Commune Political Center. The government bloc has 32 cadres and civil servants (out of a total of 42 positions), arranged in key positions such as: People's Council, People's Committee, specialized departments and the Public Administration Service Center. At the same time, the commune also received and established 11 public service units such as schools, the Center for Culture, Information and Sports, the Military Command...

Preparing to admit new party members in Duc Co.

Head of the Party Building Committee of Duc Co Commune Party Committee Le Thi Quyen shared: “We identify this as a key task that must be done one step ahead so that all political, administrative and social activities are not interrupted. Perfecting the organization to ensure the right people, the right jobs, and the right procedures not only helps the apparatus operate effectively but also creates trust among the people.”

Along with that, the Party Committee's personnel work has also been carefully prepared. The Commune Party Committee has advised on the development and approval of the Personnel Project for the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and Inspection Committee of the Commune Party Committee, term I, 2025-2030. In particular, the establishment of steering committees on science and technology, digital transformation, protecting the Party's ideological foundation... also demonstrates the innovative thinking and strategic vision of the Commune Party Committee in Party building and local development in the new context.

Focused development, improving the quality of party members

One of the highlights of the Party building work in Duc Co commune is focusing on developing new Party members in conjunction with improving the quality of Party organizations. In the third quarter of 2025, the Commune Party Committee received and established 36 Party organizations, including 12 grassroots Party cells and 24 affiliated Party cells, with a total of 970 Party members, of which 426 are women, 180 are ethnic minorities, 87 are Youth Union members and 7 are religious people.

One of the typical examples in the work of developing party members is comrade Huynh Chau Anh, a youth union member of residential group 6. With a sense of responsibility, youthful enthusiasm and always actively participating in the Youth Union movements, comrade Huynh Chau Anh shared: "Joining the Party is a great pride. I will continue to strive and train to be worthy of the title of party member, contributing my small part to the development of the locality".

The Duc Co Commune Party Committee has developed Plan No. 02-KH/DU dated July 12, 2025 on developing party members in the last 6 months of the year. The goal is to admit at least 23 new party members, with special attention paid to developing party members in the militia, reserve forces, youth, ethnic minorities, and workers in private enterprises.

According to the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Duc Co Commune Party Committee Ro Cham H' Thanh, to achieve this goal, the Commune Party Committee requires Party cells to periodically review and select outstanding masses and send them to Party awareness training classes; coordinate with socio-political organizations to discover and introduce sources for developing Party members; and at the same time clearly define the responsibilities of Party cell secretaries and Party members in propagating, educating, and helping the masses strive to join the Party.

Entering the fourth quarter of 2025, the Duc Co Commune Party Committee continues to identify the arrangement and consolidation of the staff, civil servants and public employees as a key task. At the same time, it will step up the work of reviewing, examining and verifying political standards to serve the work of cadres and admitting party members; perfecting the regulations on functions, tasks and organizational structure of the Commune Political Center according to Regulation 360-QD/TW of the Secretariat.

A ceremony to admit new party members in Duc Co.

One of the important tasks is to successfully organize the Congress of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations for the 2025-2030 term; complete the arrangement and renaming of mass organizations assigned by the Party and State; continue to urge party organizations to complete the target of developing party members in 2025.

In addition, the Commune Party Committee will organize reviews, assessments, and quality classifications for collectives and individuals in the political system; develop targets and tasks for Party building and organization work in 2026; prepare complete and quality reports to serve the Supervisory Delegation of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee.
