As Dan Tri reported, the Ninh Binh Provincial Police Department has issued a decision to initiate a criminal case and prosecute Tran Dai Phuc, Director of Hai Be Company Limited, and Le Van Hai (founding member), for the crime of Trading in counterfeit food products.
Social media channels owned by Le Van Hai such as TikTok "Gia Dinh Hai Sen" has more than 2.6 million followers and on Facebook with the name "Hai Sen Vlog" has more than 2.3 million followers.
During the investigation, the authorities determined that from 2024 to present, Hai Be Company Limited has sold more than 800,000 products through social media channels TikTok Shop, Facebook, Shopee "Gia Dinh Hai Sen", "Hai Sen"; of which the product "Hai Be Delicious Syrup" has sold over 100,000 boxes.
The results of the appraisal of the quality indicators of “Hai Be Delicious Syrup”, the substances including Vitamin A, Calcium, Vitamin C (the main substances that create the product’s effects) only reached less than 70% compared to the announcement. According to the provisions of Decree 98/2020 of the Government , the health protection food “Hai Be Delicious Syrup” is counterfeit.
According to the National Business Registration Portal, Hai Be Company Limited was established in March 2022, headquartered in Thanh Tay village, Van Phu commune, Nho Quan district, Ninh Binh province. Mr. Tran Dai Phuc (born in 1990) holds the position of Director and Legal Representative of the enterprise.

For example, Hai Sen deodorant spray for underarm and foot odor, 10ml, costs 100,000 VND; Hai Sen hair removal cream costs 250,000 VND; Hai Be delicious syrup costs 200,000 VND; Hai Be ginseng for women, 60 tablets, costs 400,000 VND/bottle; Hai Sen exfoliant costs 150,000 VND... The packaging of all products shows that the unit responsible for bringing the product to market is Hai Be Company Limited.
