At that time, Mr. Duong said that because the social housing project of this enterprise had not been granted a construction permit by the government, the enterprise fell into a dire situation and had to sell assets to resolve liquidity.

Mr. Nguyen Huu Duong revealed that, up to now, Hoa Binh Group has stopped all discussions and M&A promotion of Dolce By Wyndham Ha Noi Golden Lake hotel.
“Previously, I needed money to convert capital to implement some social housing projects and a commercial center project in Hanoi. However, the social housing project worth nearly 1,200 billion VND has been approved in principle, and construction can begin soon. There is revenue and jobs for workers, so there is no need to sell the hotel anymore,” said Mr. Nguyen Huu Duong.

According to Mr. Duong, Dolce By Wyndham Ha Noi Golden Lake Hotel has attracted the attention of many partners from the Middle East, India, and China, thanks to its gold-plated brick exterior and the largest number of gold-plated interior equipment, food, and drinks in the world .
In particular, from October 1, 2023, the most luxurious room service of Dolce By Wyndham Ha Noi Golden Lake hotel will also be officially served with 36 rooms ranging in area from 45m2 to 90m2, all of which are gilded with gold, along with the most classy service for the upper class.
The hotel offers many incentives for guests booking rooms from October 1, 2023 to October 30, 2023 such as: airport shuttle service, free lunch or dinner according to the King & Queen menu with dishes plated with gold weighing 30 milligrams, worth millions of VND/dish.
"To be frank, I am not selling anymore. If I do sell, the price must be four times higher than the price offered in April 2023," Mr. Nguyen Huu Duong affirmed.
Opened in 2020, Dolce By Wyndham Ha Noi Golden Lake Hotel has been certified by the World Records Union as the Hotel with the most gold-plated brick exteriors and the most gold-plated interior equipment and food and drinks in the world.
The hotel has 342 5-star standard rooms, 8 standard meeting rooms, 3 diverse Asian - European restaurants, a gold-plated infinity swimming pool, managed and operated by Wyndham Group (USA).
