National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man led a high-ranking delegation of the Vietnamese National Assembly to attend the opening ceremony.

According to the program, delegates attending the Opening Ceremony will hear speeches by President of the Senate of Uzbekistan Tanzila Narbaeva, Chairman of the House of Representatives of Uzbekistan N. Ismailov, President of the IPU Tulia Ackson and Secretary General of the IPU Martin Chungong.

Next, the IPU-150 General Assembly will watch a video message from the UN Deputy Secretary-General; and a short report with the theme "From Paris to Tashkent: Celebrating the IPU-150 General Assembly".
