Ea Kly firmly steps to build advanced new rural areas

Ea Kly commune was established on the basis of merging the entire population and natural area of the two communes of Krong Buk and Ea Kly (formerly belonging to Krong Pac district). With the synchronous participation of the political system and the solidarity and consensus of the people, both former communes have successfully completed the goals of the 2020 - 2025 term, creating clear marks in socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, building the Party and the political system.

Accordingly, the planning and planning management work has closely followed the socio -economic development orientation. The traffic infrastructure of the whole commune is basically synchronized with 26.9 km of cement concrete road, over 5 km of asphalt road and 3.5 km of crushed stone road to the production area. Many school buildings, village cultural houses, electricity systems, irrigation systems, etc. have been invested in and upgraded, creating a more and more spacious and modern rural appearance. The intellectual level and spiritual life of the people have also been improved day by day. The cultural identity of ethnic minority communities is preserved and promoted.

During the period of 2020 - 2025, the local economy maintained a stable growth rate with the total annual product value increasing by an average of 8.8%; the total production value at current prices reached 2,573 billion VND. The average income of the people has now reached 62.94 million VND/year. The poor households are now only 1.39% of the total number of households in the commune. Assessed according to the advanced new rural criteria, the new Ea Kly commune has achieved 16/19 criteria, creating a solid premise for the entire political system and all the people to continue to improve all aspects of life on the new development path.

The 1st Congress of Ea Kly Commune Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, has a particularly important significance, marking the new stature and new face of the local political system, crystallizing the will, belief and expectations of Party members and the masses, combined with the strong aspiration of the entire nation in the new era.

To realize the goal of comprehensive and sustainable development, the Party Committee of the commune has clearly outlined key tasks and solutions along with four strategic breakthroughs.

The locality will focus on attracting investment and prioritizing the development of smart, organic, and circular agricultural models; building local agricultural product brands associated with the value chain of key agricultural products such as rice, coffee, durian, early-ripening lychee, etc. At the same time, creating new momentum and new momentum from breakthroughs in the application of science and technology, innovation and synchronous digital transformation.

The Party Committee and the communal government will also comprehensively promote administrative reform in conjunction with improving the quality of cadres, civil servants and public employees to meet the requirements of the new situation. Continue to focus on perfecting the criteria for advanced new rural areas; build and expand model residential areas in the direction of "bright, green, clean, beautiful, safe and unique".
