In particular, in the bustling fair space, the Le Gia Fish Sauce booth - the only Thanh Hoa brand to achieve the National 5-star OCOP, attracted a particularly large number of visitors. The booth was delicately decorated, standing out with its characteristic blue color and traditional fish sauce flavor blending in the autumn atmosphere of Hanoi .
Mr. Le Anh, CEO of Le Gia Fish Sauce, shared: “Being selected to participate in the typical exhibition area is a great honor for us. The fair is an opportunity to meet customers, introduce products and listen to real feedback. We bring quintessential products from the mother sea, crystallized from hundreds of years of experience of our ancestors and core values: Peaceful - Natural - Le Gia”.
At the booth, many loyal customers came to congratulate and share their feelings. Ms. Le Thanh Thao, a tourist from Bac Ninh, said: “I have been using Le Gia fish sauce for many years now. The mild salty taste and natural aroma are very similar to the old fish sauce. Coming to the fair, I want to meet the manufacturer directly to thank him and buy more as gifts.”
Mr. Nguyen Van Manh from Hai Ba Trung Ward, Hanoi said: "Not only fish sauce, many OCOP products of Thanh Hoa are very remarkable. I also bought honey, pennywort tea and the famous Le Gia fish sauce, both for my own use and to support high-quality Vietnamese products."
Many young people are also curious to learn about the traditional fish sauce making profession - a profession considered the "soul of Vietnamese cuisine". Not only the staff but also CEO Le Gia - Mr. Le Anh also enthusiastically introduced the fermentation process and introduced each product to customers. Some foreign tourists, after being introduced, boldly tried it and expressed their interest in the rich flavor of "Vietnamese soul spices".
According to Mr. Le Anh, positive responses from consumers are the driving force for businesses to continuously improve products, diversify flavors and packaging, and continue to expand export markets, in addition to major markets such as the US, Japan, Korea, Australia, and Singapore at present.
“The joy and satisfaction of tourists is our highest goal,” Mr. Le Anh emphasized.
