In the morning session, the National Assembly discussed the draft Law on Civil Judgment Enforcement (amended); the draft Law on Judicial Expertise (amended); the draft Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Anti-Corruption; and the draft Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Intellectual Property.

In the afternoon session, the National Assembly discussed the draft Law on Tax Administration (amended); the draft Law on Personal Income Tax (amended); and the draft Law on Thrift and Anti-Waste.

Previously, in the morning session on November 4, from 8:00 to 9:30 a.m. under the direction of Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Le Minh Hoan, the National Assembly held a plenary session in the hall to listen to the following contents:

Minister of Construction Tran Hong Minh, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented the draft Law on Construction (amended). Minister of Agriculture and Environment Tran Duc Thang, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented the draft Law on 2 projects: Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Geology and Minerals; Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of laws in the fields of agriculture and environment.

Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Science, Technology and Environment Nguyen Thanh Hai presented the Verification Report on three projects: Law on Construction (amended); Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Geology and Minerals; Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of laws in the fields of agriculture and environment.

Minister of Finance Nguyen Van Thang, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented the Report on 3 projects: Law on Tax Administration (amended); Law on Personal Income Tax (amended); Law on Thrift and Anti-Waste.

Chairman of the National Assembly's Economic and Financial Committee Phan Van Mai presented the Verification Report on three projects: Law on Tax Administration (amended); Law on Personal Income Tax (amended); Law on Thrift and Anti-Waste.

Minister of Justice Nguyen Hai Ninh, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented the Proposal on two projects: Law on Civil Judgment Enforcement (amended); Law on Judicial Expertise (amended).

Government Inspector General Doan Hong Phong, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented the Draft Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Anti-Corruption.

Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Law and Justice Hoang Thanh Tung presented the Verification Report on three projects: Law on Civil Judgment Enforcement (amended); Law on Judicial Expertise (amended); Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Anti-Corruption.

From 9:30 a.m., the National Assembly discussed in groups the Draft Law on Temporary Detention, Temporary Imprisonment and Prohibition from Leaving Place of Residence; Draft Law on Criminal Judgment Execution (amended); Draft Law on Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Judicial Records.

In the afternoon session, from 2:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., chaired by National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man, the National Assembly listened to: General Secretary of the Central Executive Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam To Lam give a speech and discuss and inform about a number of new points and important orientations in the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party.

From 2:30 p.m.: The National Assembly discussed in groups the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party.
