On the morning of December 29, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man and his delegation offered incense and flowers at the General Le Duc Anh Cultural House. in Ban Mon village, Loc An commune, Phu Loc district, Thua Thien - Hue province.

The cultural house has an area of about 4,000 m2, including many items such as a memorial house, library, garden with a system of trees and lighting. Inside the cultural house, there is a symbol of Vietnam's sovereignty milestone, which was rebuilt according to the model of the milestone in Truong Sa in 1988.

National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man also offered incense at the General Nguyen Chi Thanh Museum in Hue City to commemorate the excellent student of President Ho Chi Minh, the talented general of the Vietnamese revolution. National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man suggested that the locality continue to pay attention to and promote the General Nguyen Chi Thanh Museum, so that this place becomes a "red address" for educating revolutionary traditions and spreading love for the homeland to the young generation.
On the same morning , National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man visited and presented gifts to two war invalids, Mr. Ha Van Luong and Mr. Nguyen Viet Dao, both residing in Phu Nhuan ward, Hue city.
