Accordingly, the project to promote the value of the Huynh Thuc Khang Memorial House with a total adjusted investment of 49,195 billion VND, of which, the Tien Phuoc District People's Committee has implemented 12,307 billion VND, the remaining 36,887 billion VND will be continued by the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board (Management Board).
According to the Management Board's report, for the original relic site, on July 31, the unit handed over the site to the construction unit and started the project. Although the construction period is 360 days, the Management Board will coordinate with related units to accelerate the completion schedule before March 24, 2025 for the main items such as the main house; side house, bridge house; and the tomb of the father.

Regarding the value promotion area, on April 4, 2024, the Management Board submitted to the Department of Planning and Investment for appraisal and adjustment of the investment policy according to the proposal of the Department of Construction. Up to now, the procedure for adjusting the investment policy is being carried out.
On this occasion, the representative of the Management Board also reported to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Dung some difficulties in implementing this project. Specifically, the central budget capital will not continue to be allocated for the project, so the Management Board requested the Provincial People's Committee to direct departments and branches to guide the Management Board in registering capital sources and adjusting investment policies.

In addition, the project is still stuck with compensation and site clearance for 4 households in the lower corner of the relic site and households on route DT616. The Management Board also requested the Provincial People's Committee to direct the Tien Phuoc District People's Committee to speed up the progress of compensation and site clearance to complete the construction of the bridge on the route.

After reviewing the construction map and inspecting the areas with remaining land issues, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Dung directed relevant units to focus on completing the items at the original relic site, ensuring the handover schedule in March 2024.

“For households that are still stuck with site clearance, the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board will continue to coordinate with the locality and mobilize to reach an agreement in accordance with the law. At the same time, in areas where the land has been handed over to the people, fences need to be erected to mark the boundaries, to prevent people from encroaching on project land for cultivation,” noted Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Le Van Dung.
