Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ta Anh Tuan and the delegation visited and presented gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mother Thai Thi Tai (born in 1927), whose husband and 2 children were martyrs; Vietnamese Heroic Mother Nguyen Thi Thuong (born in 1934), whose husband and 1 child were martyrs; and war invalid Hoang Tien Vinh (born in 1940), with a body injury rate of 81%.
