(DN) - The Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway project is under urgent construction with the goal of opening to technical traffic on December 19, 2025. Many road sections and major intersections have taken shape.

The bridges and access roads have gradually taken shape, creating a giant “asterisk” intersection.
