On the evening of May 18, at the Provincial Boarding High School for Ethnic Minorities, the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises (CQ&DN) Youth Union organized the final round of the Art Festival "Song for Uncle Ho". This is a practical activity to celebrate the 134th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2024).
Representatives of Thanh Hoa Provincial Youth Union and the Organizing Committee presented flowers to the units participating in the final round.
After the preliminary round at the units, the Organizing Committee selected the 10 best art performances of 10 units from 4 emulation blocks under the Provincial Youth Union of Agencies and Enterprises to participate in the final round.

According to the Secretary of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Youth Union, Hoang Manh Cuong, the goal of the Art Festival "Songs for Uncle Ho" is to improve cultural and spiritual life, educate ethics and lifestyle; encourage mass cultural and artistic movements among cadres, union members, youth, students in agencies, schools and enterprises in the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises.
