Khanh Hoa People Speak English Program: Opening English class specializing in restaurants and hotels, course 2

A contest within the framework of the Khanh Hoa People Speak English Program for the restaurant and hotel sector.

The course is free of charge, with no age limit, suitable for students majoring in Tourism , people working in the restaurant and hotel industry and everyone in need. Each course consists of 12 sessions, with 12 topics that are close to the reality of the profession such as: Communicating with customers (greeting, booking tables, introducing dishes); handling situations; specialized vocabulary (menu, room service, reception); training in service skills, behavioral culture, professional feedback... The teachers are university lecturers and have many years of experience working in this field.

The class will start on July 24, online learning via Zoom software, from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm every Thursday.
