Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry has just issued a warning about some people impersonating the school's lecturers and asking students to transfer money into their personal accounts, saying they will be exempted from paying tuition fees.
Leaders of Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry note that parents and students absolutely do not transfer tuition fees to any personal bank account to avoid being taken advantage of by bad guys.

This warning was issued after a number of students at Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry reported receiving requests to transfer money into personal accounts said to belong to the school's lecturers in order to receive tuition reductions.
Recently, many universities have continuously warned about frauds targeting students. The most common method used by scammers is to inform students about being accepted for excellent scholarships, international exchange programs, etc. Along with that, they must prove their financial capacity.
