In the most recent Mega 6/45 lottery draw held on the evening of October 22nd, the lottery committee of Vietnam Computerized Lottery Company (Vietlott) found a winning ticket for the Jackpot prize worth nearly 134 billion VND.
According to regulations, the winner is obligated to pay personal income tax at a rate of 10%, which will be deducted immediately upon receiving the prize. Therefore, the winner of this Jackpot will receive a net amount of over 120 billion VND.
Winners have 60 days to claim their prize from the date of announcement.

The last time Vietlott recorded a customer winning a prize of over 100 billion VND was on the evening of September 30th. The lucky winner was a teacher in Da Nang City, who won the Power 6/55 lottery jackpot worth over 179 billion VND, receiving 161 billion VND on November 20th. Afterward, the winner donated 2.5 billion VND to charity.
Vietlott was established in 2011, owned by the Ministry of Finance with a charter capital of 500 billion VND. Last year, the company's revenue increased by 25%, reaching 7,915 billion VND, exceeding the plan assigned by the Ministry of Finance by 16.4%. This corresponds to an average daily revenue of 21.6 billion VND.
The company announced that it paid out and set aside over 4.353 billion VND in prize money, an increase of over 915 billion VND compared to 2023. Among these, Vietlott recorded a record-breaking prize, the largest in the history of Vietnamese lottery, worth over 314 billion VND.
