On March 10, D-Joy Pickleball Club held a press conference to announce the development strategy of the D-Joy Pickleball ecosystem. The club not only focuses on building the community but also develops infrastructure, organizes professional tournaments and cooperates internationally to elevate Vietnamese pickleball to world standards.
At the press conference, Pickleball D-Joy and DUPR (Dynamic Universal Pickleball Rating) - a global ranking organization specializing in assessing the level and ranking of pickleball players worldwide, established a strategic partnership, opening a new stage for the professional development of pickleball in Vietnam.
Mr. Dang Quang Anh, Vice President of D-Joy, also introduced the ecosystem strategy including: modern stadiums in Thu Thiem and South Saigon; training academy for athletes, coaches, referees; the club not only nurtures professional athletes but also connects the community, organizes domestic and international competitions.
D-Joy signs strategic cooperation with DUPR
Also in 2025, D-Joy Tour 2025 will launch and mark an important milestone with a series of major tournaments, affirming its pioneering position and opening up new prospects for Vietnamese pickleball.
The tournament system includes: D-Joy Pickleball Junior Tour 2025 (for ages 12-18, from March to December 2025); D-Joy Pickleball Tour 2025 (5 regional tournaments and 1 international tournament, from April to December 2025); D-Joy Pickleball Development Tour 2025 (Club Championship, Charity Tournament, Young Entrepreneur Tournament, from May to October 2025)
The total prize value is expected to be nearly 10 billion VND, including 6 billion VND in cash and 4 billion VND in gifts, bringing together more than 3,000 athletes and participants.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Dang Quang Anh emphasized that the development strategy of Pickleball D-Joy is not only to find champions, but also to popularize this sport to the community, thereby improving people's health and life and finding and training athletes.
"We are committed to investing systematically, bringing Vietnamese pickleball to the international level at major arenas such as the SEA Games and ASIAD" - Mr. Quang Anh affirmed.

Recently, pickleball, a sport combining tennis, table tennis and badminton, has created a boom in Vietnam. In that context, D-Joy Pickleball Club has affirmed its pioneering role in developing and spreading pickleball to the public. That was demonstrated at the 2025 National Pickleball Tournament that just ended in Ba Ria - Vung Tau yesterday, March 9.
The tournament took place with 10 sets of medals to compete in two age groups, U35 and over 36 years old, with men's, women's and doubles events. There, D-Joy Club won 5 gold medals (Phuc Huynh - men's singles 19+, Phan Nhu Quynh - women's singles 35+, Sophia Huynh Tran and Koi Loi - women's doubles 19+, Do Minh Quan and Le Xuan Minh - men's doubles 35+, Sophia Huynh Tran Ngoc Nhi and Vinh Hien - mixed doubles 19+) along with 5 sets of silver medals and 3 bronze medals.
