27-year-old girl in Phu Tho suddenly discovered vocal cord tumor from a sign that many Vietnamese people ignore

In the past 2 months, a 27-year-old female patient often had hoarseness, tiredness, shortness of breath... so she went to the doctor and was diagnosed with a vocal cord cyst. The patient was advised to have surgery but asked to go home for further monitoring.

Recently, the patient's hoarseness increased, he had difficulty speaking and had a sore throat, so he went to Hung Vuong General Hospital for re-examination and treatment.

What is vocal cord tumor?
