The 2025 Asian Arts Festival brings together artists from 14 countries in the region, and is a prestigious playground for young Asian artistic talents. Young singer Minh Ngoc's full name is Nguyen Thi Minh Ngoc, currently a third-year student at the Vietnam National Academy of Music. In 2018, Minh Ngoc won the title of Tuyet Dinh Song Ca Nhi Champion. Minh Ngoc is known for her performance style that bears the mark of Bac Ninh Quan Ho.
