NDO - With over 20 years of experience in education, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Ha, Deputy Principal of Le Quy Don Primary School in Long Bien District (Hanoi), has dedicated her youth to the noble cause of nurturing future generations. She is a pioneering role model in charitable activities within the school and society.

Teacher Thuy Ha has a gentle voice, a soft speaking style, and a straightforward personality. She says, "My passion is discovering new and creative things. In teaching, I always want to inspire new ideas, encourage creativity and exploration in students, helping them develop their abilities and become dynamic, positive, creative, and confident individuals, suitable for the demands of society in today's era."

Wishing to pass on the valuable knowledge and experience accumulated during her teaching career, she has written many City-level recognized innovative projects and participated in E-learning lesson plan design competitions.

Thanks to her initiatives and unwavering spirit of learning and innovation, Ms. Thuy Ha has won numerous awards in the education sector, including: being named "Excellent Teacher at the District Level" for five consecutive years, being recognized as an outstanding employee at the grassroots level for five consecutive years, and receiving many certificates and commendations from the district and the school... In February 2023, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Ha was appointed as the Deputy Principal of Le Quy Don Primary School.

Keeping pace with the work, she always takes the lead and sets a good example in school activities, fostering unity and consensus within the Board of Directors so that the school always excels in all assigned tasks.

With continuous effort, during the 2024-2025 school year, Ms. Ha and the School Board directed the teachers to organize three lessons in the District-level Excellent Teacher Competition, with one lesson winning first prize at the District level and another winning first prize at the City level.

Not only is Ms. Ha enthusiastic, dedicated, and highly competent in her professional work, but she also always takes the lead in charitable movements and activities organized by the school.

She shared, "Every drop of blood donated saves a life. Voluntary blood donation is about sharing the burden with patients who need blood. I only hope my health remains stable so that I always have the conditions to participate in blood donation and contribute more drops of blood to save lives."

Since 2014, she has been involved in the "Warm Clothes" volunteer group. Every year, she contributes and encourages others to help students and people in mountainous areas who are in difficult circumstances. This school year, she also sponsored and supported Pham Quynh Mai, a student in class 3A5 of the school, who is in particularly difficult circumstances.

In August 2023, two students in Phuc Loi ward tragically drowned, and both families were facing severe financial difficulties. After receiving a call for support from the ward's Red Cross Society, she advised the school principal to establish a fund to support the families of the two children. In just over a day, the school and parents raised more than 43 million VND, along with the cost of a memorial service for the two children.

Leaving her work at school behind, at home she is a capable and resourceful wife and mother, always caring for and nurturing her family, wholeheartedly devoted to her home. She has arranged and allocated her time for family and work in a reasonable and thorough manner so as not to affect her personal work and the school's overall work.

Under her nurturing care, her family has been honored for many years as a "Culturally Exemplary Family," with exemplary grandparents and parents, loyal and filial children, and virtuous grandchildren.
