
In 1990, after graduating with a degree in pedagogy, Ms. Nguyet returned to teach in her hometown. In 2004, she was elected as the Chairperson of the Trade Union of An Luu Primary School.
With 34 years of teaching experience, she is a key figure in nurturing gifted students at the school. She has also repeatedly won the title of excellent teacher at the provincial level. Despite her busy professional schedule, Ms. Nguyet still excels in her role as the school's union president.
Ms. Nguyet has established beneficial recreational activities for teachers and staff, such as arts, folk dance, and volleyball clubs, attracting many teachers to participate. In competitions and cultural and sports exchanges organized by the education sector and trade unions at all levels, Ms. Nguyet plays a key role.
Acting as a protector of workers' rights, Ms. Nguyet regularly pays attention to and understands the thoughts and aspirations of staff, teachers, and workers, proposing solutions to the school administration to promptly address difficulties and obstacles in teaching as well as in life. The school's trade union regularly cares for and looks after its members on holidays, Tet (Lunar New Year), birthdays, etc.

Ms. Nguyet shared: "In whatever you do, you must prioritize responsibility and dedication. Whether in your professional work or in charge of the trade union, I always strive to fulfill both roles."
The encouragement and support from the school's management and colleagues have given Ms. Nguyet more motivation, joy, and happiness in her profession, and made her enthusiastic about the trade union movement. Not only is she a dedicated schoolwoman, but Ms. Nguyet is also an exemplary daughter-in-law, wife, and mother. Her two children are well-behaved and excel in their studies.
For her contributions to professional activities and trade union work, Ms. Nguyet has been awarded the title of "Outstanding Emulation Soldier" at the grassroots level for many consecutive years, and received a certificate of commendation from the Chairman of the People's Committee of Kinh Mon town. She was also commended for her outstanding achievements in implementing the "1 Million Initiatives - Overcoming Difficulties, Innovating, and Determining to Win Against the Covid-19 Pandemic" program.
In the 2021-2022 academic year, she won first prize at the provincial level in the photo contest "The Beauty of Trade Unions and Workers" organized by the Hai Duong Provincial Federation of Labor and has received commendations from the Provincial Federation of Labor for many consecutive years. In 2024, the Provincial Federation of Labor awarded Ms. Nguyet the title of Outstanding and Exemplary Grassroots Trade Union Chairperson.
Mr. Nguyen Van Huan, Chairman of the Kinh Mon Town Labor Union, said that Ms. Nguyet, as the chairperson of the grassroots trade union, has made many positive contributions to the school's trade union. Thanks to her, the trade union movement in the school has become more vibrant.
