In 2024, with the theme "Focusing on concretizing the Resolution of the 11th Provincial Trade Union Congress, the Resolution of the 13th Vietnam Trade Union Congress, and competing to achieve accomplishments to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union on July 28," trade unions at all levels in Binh Phuoc province have closely followed the grassroots level and proactively implemented key and focused activities.
Provincial Party Committee member and President of the Provincial Federation of Labor Unions, Nguyen Thi Huong Giang, emphasized that the key task for 2025 is to focus on developing union membership and participating in building a clean and strong Party.
The results achieved exceeded 12 targets set by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor , notably: 125,000 union members and workers received information, education, and thorough understanding of the Party's guidelines and resolutions, and the State's policies and laws; over 188,780 union members and workers who experienced reduced working hours or contract termination received care and support from trade unions at all levels with a total amount of approximately 47.78 billion VND; 10,177 new union members were recruited, and 88 new grassroots trade unions were established, bringing the total number of existing grassroots trade unions and professional associations to 1,361. During the year, trade unions at all levels recommended 1,648 outstanding union members to the Party for consideration of membership, achieving 127% of the target.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Loan, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department, and Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong Giang, President of the Provincial Labor Union, presented emulation flags to the leading groups in the movement in 2024.
Collectives and individuals were awarded certificates of merit for outstanding achievements in the emulation movement for excellent labor and building a strong trade union organization in 2024.
The conference approved the inspection and supervision report, the trade union's financial report; and also discussed several aspects of implementing the "Tet Reunion - Spring of Gratitude to the Party" program for the Year of the Snake 2025 with the motto "All union members and workers will have a Tet holiday." Approximately 12,000 gifts (worth 500,000 VND each) are expected to be distributed to union members and workers, prioritizing those facing difficulties, low income, serious illnesses, occupational diseases, work accidents, unemployment, job loss, and those owed wages or bonuses.
In recognition of the achievements, the Provincial Labor Union awarded 4 emulation flags and presented 18 certificates of merit to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement for excellent labor, building strong trade union organizations and developing union membership in 2024.
