On the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange, opening the session, continuing yesterday's strong increase, the market is currently green, at times increasing by more than 15 points, above 1,330 points.
After that, profit-taking pressure increased, causing the index representing the floor to slow down and show red for a few minutes. At the end of the morning trading session, VN-Index temporarily stopped at 1,316.13 points, up 0.98 points.

In the afternoon session, profit-taking pressure was still quite large, but some key stocks increased in price, helping the market turn green.
At the end of the session, VN-Index increased by 7.9 points (0.6%), to 1,323.05 points; VN30-Index reached 1,419.36 points after "increasing" by 11.84 points (0.84%).
Declining stocks dominated with 183 stocks going down and 137 stocks going up. In the VN30 group, the number of stocks increasing and decreasing were 13 and 12, respectively.
Of the two pillar codes that increased to the ceiling yesterday, VIC and VHM, today only VHM increased to the maximum amplitude, but they are still strong support codes for the market.
The code with the third largest capitalization is VHM, contributing the most to the VN-Index with 4.45 points; VIC increased by 2.19%, contributing more than 1.8 points. Next are the codes HVN, STB, VPB...
Vin stocks have been continuously increasing recently thanks to the support from positive business results in the first quarter, along with Vinpearl (VPL) being listed on the stock exchange. However, in this session, VPL decreased in price, becoming the code that took away the most points with 0.61 points.
Real estate and transportation were the two most prominent sectors, both increasing by more than 2%. In the real estate group, in addition to VHM hitting the ceiling, NVL and a number of other codes also increased to the maximum limit.
The industry group with decreasing points dominated, but the decrease was not too strong.
Liquidity reached a high level with more than 25,000 billion VND changed hands, because many investors locked in profits but there were also others taking the opportunity to buy.
The notable point is that foreign investors are net buyers. This group bought more than 2,882 billion VND and sold more than 2,394 billion VND.
The Hanoi Stock Exchange did not perform well. At the end of the session, the HNX-Index stopped at 217.46 points, down 0.24 points (0.11%); the HNX30-Index fell 1.78 points (-0.41%), to 431.03 points. The entire exchange had more than 1,000 billion VND changed hands.
