Comrade Pham Van Lap, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee chaired the conference. Also attending was Comrade Nguyen Duc Tuan, Member of the City Party Committee Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the City Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.

At the launching ceremony, the leaders and all officials, civil servants and employees of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city donated and supported people in provinces and cities to overcome the consequences of the storm, with a total amount of 22 million VND.

Representatives of An Phong ward through the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city supported people affected by storm No. 10.

Through the channel of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city, the Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Fatherland Front Committee of An Phong ward supported people in localities affected by storm No. 10 with 20 million VND.

Previously, the City Labor Federation decided to support 900 million VND for union members and workers of 6 provinces that suffered heavy damage from storm No. 10.

After the conference, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city continued to mobilize localities, agencies, units, organizations and individuals to join hands to support and help people in disaster-stricken areas to quickly overcome the consequences caused by storms and floods, overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives.
