Quang Nam Center for Industrial Promotion and Trade Promotion coordinated with the Department of Economy and Infrastructure of Phu Ninh district to accept the project "Supporting the application of advanced machinery and equipment in the production of green bean cakes" at My Khanh green bean cake production facility (Khanh My village, Tam Thanh commune) from local industrial promotion funds in 2024.

In order to meet the increasing demand of customers and improve the production process, My Khanh green bean cake facility invested in purchasing a large capacity rotary oven VD-LXBM16, capacity 100 - 170kg/hour; voltage 380v/50Hz; heating oven capacity 28kW, temperature up to 300 degrees C (average 12 minutes/batch of cake).

At the same time, invest in a DH-BD 50 green bean cake forming machine with a capacity of 2 - 3.5kW; 220VAC power source, productivity of 6,000 - 7,500 cakes/hour. Total purchase cost is 313 million VND, of which local industrial promotion funding supports 150 million VND.

Machinery and equipment invested in My Khanh Green Bean Cake Facility operate stably, creating quality products that meet the needs and tastes of consumers. At the same time, it creates a spread, encouraging rural industrial establishments to boldly invest, develop local industrial production, and increase the production value of typical products of the province.
