The Rolls-Royce Phantom VIII, a super luxury car owned by a mysterious tycoon in Hanoi , with a Bespoke personalized configuration, has just appeared at a luxury car care facility and rolled on the streets of the capital, quickly attracting attention thanks to its unique appearance and expensive details. The Rolls-Royce Phantom VIII impresses with its dark blue exterior combined with a metallic silver hood and roof. This paint is part of Rolls-Royce's famous Bespoke program - where every detail is crafted specifically to the customer's requirements.
This type of paint often takes weeks to complete and starts at $15,000, especially when mixed with rare materials like pearl powder or metal dust. The car is equipped with 22-inch alloy wheels with a hand-polished surface, accompanied by a mechanism to hold the Rolls-Royce logo straight - a characteristic detail on the company's super luxury cars. The value of the wheel set on this "custom" Rolls-Royce Phantom VIII is estimated to range from 19,000 to 25,000 USD (equivalent to 500 - 650 million VND), depending on the level of completion.
The Phantom VIII cabin is designed in contrasting black and white tones, combining high-quality leather, natural wood panels and chrome-plated metal. All details are hand-finished, true to Rolls-Royce's traditional craftsmanship philosophy. The interior space is highlighted by the Starlight Headliner ceiling light system - one of the iconic features of Rolls-Royce, made up of thousands of optical fibers creating the effect of a starry night sky. The seats are integrated with heating and massage functions, bringing maximum convenience and comfort to the user. Under the hood is a 6.75L twin-turbocharged V12 engine, delivering a maximum capacity of 563 horsepower and a maximum torque of 900 Nm. The car uses an 8-speed automatic transmission combined with rear-wheel drive, providing a smooth, quiet driving experience - something Rolls-Royce always aims for.
It is not clear whether this Phantom VIII was imported officially or through a private company. However, with its expensive personalized configuration, if the car is registered with a diplomatic license plate, the value could be around 1 million USD (equivalent to nearly 25 billion VND). In the case of using a regular license plate, after adding taxes and fees, the price of this Hanoi tycoon's unique Rolls-Royce Phantom VIII super luxury car can increase to more than 60 billion VND - a price only for the super rich or unique car collectors.
