Trump's beautiful daughter Ivanka is fed up with politics and has retired.

Ivanka Trump, Mr. Trump's daughter, announced that she is tired of politics and will not return to politics.

In an article published on December 22, US time, CNN quoted a close friend of Ivanka Trump saying that after retiring from politics, she will remain an "unofficial advisor" to Mr. Trump.

Throughout her youth, Ivanka Trump worked for her father, from business to politics.

When Donald Trump was a real estate mogul, she designed his hotels. When he was on a reality TV show, she was by his side. When Trump ran for office, she was on the campaign trail. When her father became president, Ivanka had an office in the West Wing of the White House.

But in January 2021, for the first time since she was 23, Ivanka left Washington and left Mr. Trump's company.

"I love my father very much. This time, I will prioritize my young children and the private life our family is building. I have no plans to enter politics," she said in a social media post in 2022 after her father announced his third presidential run.

Sources close to Ivanka say she still intends to do so after Mr Trump wins the election in November 2024. She and her husband Jared Kushner will retreat to a private life in Miami, Florida, where they have spent the past four years avoiding public attention.

This is a major turning point for Ivanka in her role as one of Mr. Trump's closest assistants in the previous and upcoming terms. However, this is also an understandable decision after 4 bitter years in the White House.

During Trump’s previous term, Ivan faced constant scrutiny and criticism for the president’s decisions. She was shunned by some of her friends and forced to close her successful New York fashion brand.

"Politics is a pretty dark world . There's a lot of darkness, a lot of negativity, and it's really the opposite of what I'm comfortable with as a person," Ivanka shared on a show in July 2024 about her time in Washington and life afterward.

“It's a really tough job. So for me and my family, not going into politics was the right thing to do,” she added.

Still, Ivanka remains close and speaks regularly with Mr. Trump. And she will likely continue to informally advise him on a range of behind-the-scenes issues, sources told CNN.

“She is still Mr. Trump’s daughter, and a trusted voice, so in that sense she is an informal adviser, like we all are with our family members,” said Maggie Cordish, a longtime friend of Ivanka’s.
