Accordingly, Mr. Ngo Chi Trung Johnny, son of Mr. Ngo Chi Dung, Chairman of VPBank Board of Directors, registered to buy 70 million VPB shares from October 2 to November 2 for investment purposes.

Currently, Mr. Ngo Chi Trung Johnny does not hold any shares of this bank. If the transaction is successful, Mr. Ngo Chi Trung Johnny will own 1.04% of VPBank's capital.

Previously, at Techcombank , Ms. Ho Thuy Anh, the daughter of Mr. Ho Hung Anh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of this bank, also bought 82.186 million TCB shares, thereby increasing her ownership to 104.66 million shares of Techcombank, equivalent to an ownership ratio of 2.9756%.
