Cristiano Ronaldo Junior, son of Portuguese superstar Cristiano Ronaldo, has scored his first international goal for Portugal's U15 team. The youngster put in an impressive performance against Croatia at the Vlatko Markovic International Tournament, and celebrated by replicating his father's style.

Ronaldo Jr. made the difference with a shot from a tight angle on the left inside the penalty area, which hit the underside of the crossbar before going into the net. He then ran behind the goal and performed his signature "Siu" celebration, with his teammates cheering.

The 14-year-old opened the scoring in the 13th minute, with Croatia quickly levelling through Ivan Caleta 12 minutes later. However, Ronaldo Jr. put Portugal back in front just before half-time. Although Croatia equalised again in the 59th minute, Rafael Cabral's late strike sealed a 3-2 win for Portugal U15s, which secured the trophy.

Ronaldo Jr's stellar performance came just days after his international debut against Japan, where he came off the bench in Portugal U15's 4-1 win.

Ronaldo Jr's father, Cristiano Ronaldo, expressed great pride in seeing his son follow in his footsteps. "Congratulations son on your debut for the Portuguese (youth) national team. I am so proud of you!", Ronaldo shared a series of photos of his son wearing his familiar number 7 shirt.

Despite the 26-year age gap, Ronaldo once shared his wish to one day play with his son: "I want that. It's not something that keeps me up at night, but we'll see," said the Portuguese superstar.

The Al-Nassr striker also admitted that this dream is still far away and will have to face time: "There will come a time when it is no longer possible, not only physically but also psychologically." Ronaldo emphasized that the final decision will lie more with his son.
