It is known that Thuc Phan ward is an area that suffered heavy damage caused by storm Matmo, many residential areas, roads, schools and public facilities were flooded, covered with thick mud, affecting the lives and activities of people.

Responding to the launching ceremony, the Provincial Police mobilized over 130 officers and soldiers to participate in cleaning, collecting waste, clearing sewers, dredging mud and soil, and cleaning the environment in residential areas, agencies, units, schools and the Kim Dong walking street area, in Thuc Phan ward and Tan Giang ward. The police force coordinated with local authorities and people to clean up fallen trees and waste after floods, contributing to restoring the urban landscape and ensuring a clean and safe environment.

Also participating in the activity, the Mobile Police Command, Ministry of Public Security also sent more than 80 officers and soldiers to coordinate with Cao Bang Provincial Police to overcome the consequences of natural disasters, contributing to stabilizing the lives of people in the area.

The general environmental cleaning movement is a meaningful activity, demonstrating the vanguard spirit and responsibility of the People's Public Security force in performing the task of "serving the people", joining hands with other forces and people to overcome the consequences of natural disasters, and soon bring life back to normal.
