(PLVN) - Ho Chi Minh City Police has just announced the headquarters addresses of 167 commune-level police stations, 01 special zone; 10 police stations and 49 points for receiving applications for issuing CCCD in the new Ho Chi Minh City area so that units, organizations and all people know and contact for work when necessary.

Implementing the policy of the Politburo and the Resolutions of the National Assembly and the National Assembly Standing Committee on the arrangement of provincial and communal administrative units; on June 22, 2025, the Minister of Public Security issued Decisions to rearrange 52 provincial-level Public Security into 23 focal points according to new administrative boundaries.

On June 28, 2025, in Hanoi, Comrade General Luong Tam Quang - Politburo member, Secretary of the Central Public Security Party Committee, Minister of Public Security announced the Decision of the Minister of Public Security on the organization and staff of the provincial and municipal Public Security according to the Resolution of the National Assembly on the arrangement of provincial administrative units. Accordingly, the Binh Duong Provincial Public Security, the Ba Ria - Vung Tau Provincial Public Security and their affiliated organizations will be merged into the Ho Chi Minh City Public Security.
